Number not recognised after transferring

Just got may iPhone 14 along with transferring from O2. I can make outgoing calls and my wife's phone recognises the call as coming from my number and Setting -> Phone is showing the correct number however if anyone tries to call me they get a message saying the number dialled is not recognised.

@JustWannaUseMy  Have you restarted the device since your number was migrated over ?

Which day was your PAC submitted? And when was your port-in?

Do inbound calls to your temporary number still connect?

Hi, I’m having this exact issue, did you find a solution?

I had a new SIM card this week and my number ported this morning. I can make calls/texts but when someone calls me it says number not recognised. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,  yes phone restarted and I’ve reset the network settings but I’m still unable to receive calls or texts from anyone not on EE or landlines

That's strange. 

I would recommend giving us a call and speaking with our technical care team who can check your port has completed correctly.
