Number Port

Hi all, 

 

So I requested a port on Friday and got a confirmation via text that the port would happen today by 6pm. However, it seems the port had completed earlier on today, as my old number is now on my EE sim. I was not sent a confirmation text or anything though1 

However, my old sim card still works and is also still showing my old number. 

Was wondering if anyone would be able to offer me some guidance on thus.

I would recommend allowing till midnight tonight for your number port to complete.

Are you still able to use your EE SIM OK?

@Frish_99   if you’re got your Sim cards in two different devices. Have you tried restarting both devices ?  Number pots take up to 24 hours to complete. Whilst you might be getting a service on both of them. It doesn’t mean that your number is now ported. It means it’s partially ported and restart will refresh your line.
