Not registered on network

Hi 

I got upgrade from EE, I’ve received my SIM card and insert it inside my Samsung phone and says not registered on network

Could you please help me fix this

Hi @Shabzzy786.

Does your old SIM card fit in the new phone?

The new SIM won't be registered, but of your old one doesn't fit then you can get it registered.
