Hi all,
recieved my iPhone 14 pro and new SIM card today. Our new sim in and all seemed well, had signal & old phone stopped working & lost signal.
I then accidentally deleted the Esim profile. I went onto EE app and downloaded new Esim profile and seemed to work but phone is still showing no signal?
do I need to wait 24 hours or give EE a call tomorrow?

Welcome to the community.
Have you tried restarting the phone?
It can take up to 24 hours for a registration but it's usually a little quicker.

Mine isn’t working either, both my physical SIM & eSIM aren’t working. I have no reception unless I’m on a wifi connection. But I can’t make it receive calls unless it’s through what’s app.

Did this happen straight after registering an eSIM?

Have you deleted the eSIM or just downloaded one to your phone?

It’s still showing on my phone with my number but I don’t have any service.
