No service

Hi, I got a new phone delivered and I’ve changed to my new SIM card and activated it. But my new phone is just saying no service. Any ideas at all? Thankyou

@Brewers06   Was this an upgrade?   If it was does your old device still show a signal?    Have you tried restarting the new device?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi, yeah it was an upgrade. And as soon as I registered the new sim in the new phone the old phone and sim signal disappeared too. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Did you activate your new SIM at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim?

 

Have you restarted your new phone since your old SIM was disconnected?
