Hi, I got a new phone delivered and I’ve changed to my new SIM card and activated it. But my new phone is just saying no service. Any ideas at all? Thankyou

@Brewers06 Was this an upgrade? If it was does your old device still show a signal? Have you tried restarting the new device?

Hi, yeah it was an upgrade. And as soon as I registered the new sim in the new phone the old phone and sim signal disappeared too. 🤷🏼♂️

Did you activate your new SIM at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/activate-sim?
Have you restarted your new phone since your old SIM was disconnected?
