To report the SIM card as lost, please call us on 07953 966 250. Our Mobile Care team will block the SIM card and send you a replacement with the same number.

@Sandor1989  You’ll have to call customer services to request a replacement SIM card.  
 0800 956 6000

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
