I joined EE on Tuesday in store. My number ported over yesterday. My wife’s hasn’t.
I checked my Vodafone account yesterday morning and both PAC numbers had disappeared from my account so assumed the process was in action.
This morning my wife’s number is still on my Vodafone account. I thought maybe I should ask for another PAC and try again but it won’t give me one. Says there has been an error.
Not sure if there has been some sort of problem porting over.
