I had been advised to remove my physical sim, scan the qr code to switch to e sim
Iv been told the transition will occur continually
But since I've scan the qr code, I have no signal and activation of sims send out text msg with codes which I cannot receive, and I'm also unable to call due to no signal

Welcome to the community.
We have some brilliant help on our Downloading and using an EE eSIM help page for each different scenario.
If you're still having trouble, the best thing that I can advise is to give us a call from a different phone. If that's not possible, it may be worth popping into your nearest EE Store, so they can help get it all set up for you.
