Hi all I’m trying to do is order a new sim only monthly contract, new to EE and finding it impossible to order one. Takes me through all the info details and even allowing me to select plan then when I click next it takes me to login, I login and the plan is in basket when I click on bamsket it is saying oops something went wrong been on hold to EE now for over 30 mins.

anyone advise?

@kcn2024   Don’t login in your not a customer if EE yet.  You are only a member of this forum.

no, kcn2024 may not yet have an EE customer account, but I do and the same is happening to me. Website response usually is to freeze at the 'buy this' stage, with occasional forays to next level which then bombs back to the general sales page.  SOme screwed flow here, i suspect...
