My phone number from bt still hasn't switched to ee me ee starting the portin ye

Porting started yesterday morning and still hasn't been completed. I can't use my bt sim now and I can't use my ee sim why is it taking so long

Have you tried restarting your EE phone and SIM? 

Do you have signal showing on the EE SIM?
