New sim serial number entered incorrectly now neither sim works

Got a new phone today with a new sim card. Accidentally typed the new sim serial number incorrectly now neither sim works so I can't retry it as cannot receive the code!!

@Rubyspy95  you’re going to have to call customer services to get a replacement SIM card. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
