I have just signed up to a £25 a month sim only deal...for which I want to use in my new 5g device , they have said they are Not sending me a sim & will just upgrade my old one..they will have trouble as I lost it last year..so ee send me my sim I have just signed for..to put in my new 5g device...not on my old one..thank you.

@debsaw63  This is a public forum not customer services so you need to call customer services to make sure that you are sent a Sim card because no one here will send you a SIM card. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You should have reported your old SIM was lost to EE. Then they would have blocked it & sent you a replacement SIM. You need to do that now albeit late.
