@S1204 it’s a 50-50 you don’t always need a new Sim card as your current sim should fit the new device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @S1204.

 

We will usually send you a new blank SIM card just in case your current one doesn't fit your new phone.
