Roam Further Pass

What countries precisely are included under the Roam Further Pass?  I have just signed up for the Ultimate Full Works for iPhone, and details are somewhat vague.

The Roam Further Pass is no longer. Full Works plans include roaming in EU & EE Zone 1.
