I have a new iPhone 16pro and put the new EE SIM card into the phone, when I set the phone up it asked me to scan my old phone and all the data transferred, but my new sim didn’t take in the number, so I removed my old sim out of my old iphone13 and placed it into my new iPhone 16, I was then asked if I wanted to set that up as a second sim? Which I said “no” but that sim wouldn’t register either, I’m now left with two phones and two sims that don’t work on either phone, I am unable to receive a txt to confirm the sim or call 150 to register the new sim as the neither of the sims work in both my new phone and old phone.

Good morning @Discostu1973.
Welcome to the EE Community 😊
Sometimes when you take an upgrade out we'll send a blank replacement SIM if you need a new size, but we don't activate this until you ask us to and the old SIM will remain active.
It sounds like when you've gone to set up your phone though, it's tried to take you down the setup route for if your old phone had an eSIM and you were trying to transfer this.
If you go to Settings > Mobile service, does it show a plan active here?
