Got my phone on sunday 25th june and still waiting for my old number to change over

@sarah504   It’s probably best to call customer services about this.  

Did you move over to EE from a different network?  Did you give your pac code ?

@sarah504  It would be best to call customer services about this as it should only take up to 24 hours to migrate across.  If you do this today it should be done by tomorrow if you wait till tomorrow it might not migrate till Tuesday as now migration don’t happen over the weekend. 

customer services are only open till 9pm.  When you call select option 2 then select what is the most appropriate option.

Does your phone show an EE signal in the status bar?

Hi its says conditional call forward active and wen I send a message it
says can't send message with ee error and I can't contact to Internet
