Hoping someone can help, as I can’t seem to find a live chat for EE. I placed an order for a sim only pay monthly esim last night. Once the order went through the screen said that the confirmation email would give instructions on how to download the eSIM. I’ve had the successful EE order email but no details on how to download the ESIM
I’ve tried to link the product on the EE app and it says that the eSIM number should be on the confirmation email it also isn’t on there either
any help would be appreciated thanks

As you’ve ordered an eSIM for a SIM only plan with us, you can download your eSIM by logging in to EE. If you’re a new customer, you’ll need to register for an EE ID and link your product to download your eSIM.
If you're unable to find your new EE mobile number, please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide will be able to provide that to you, which will allow you to complete the steps to link your product.
