Hello
I set up a monthly sim account on Thursday requesting to use a eSim to hopefully speed the process up. I received a summary email and direct debit confirmation but nothing since and i still have no account details showing in the app. Does anyone know how quickly the esim confirmation email to get set up should come through, i was hoping it would be fairly instant.
