No esim

Made an order for a SIM only deal. I chose the e SIM option hoping it would be quicker.

I've received confirmation of the order but no link for the e sim. I've checked my account and I can't seem to find anything there either. 

Just need the email sent out if anyone can help.

@McGoaty1  It isnt any quicker as it’s sent in the  post as a QR code.   Don’t ask why it’s not an email with it because no knows why.   Crazy I know. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Ok yeah a little counter productive. Market it as less plastic but send out paper. Crazy
