Hi, I ordered a new sim card last week but have had no comms about the order being placed etc. I see on my dashboard that the new sim will be dispatched in 1-2 working days, but that was last Wednesday!
This was part of a contract renewal and I decided to simply downgrade to a SIM only deal. I am conscious that the contract is due to end on 2nd Oct, is this affecting the dispatch of the new SIM as my account dashboard still suggests I am on the old contract.

Thanks for coming here.
Changing to a SIM Only plan would not usually need a new SIM card and the plan and contract dates will change once your current existing contract ends.
