I received a new SIM in the post as the old SIM was not making/receiving calls - the new SIM is working with data but still not able to make/receive calls. And now it also won't allow me to send text messages. There is an option to download and eSIM but my device is not compatible. I cannot get hold of anyone at EE to help

What was the reason for the new SIM? Is this a lost/stolen replacement? Upgrade to a phone with a different size SIM slot?
You can contact EE-CS on 07953 966150 from any working phone, it needn't be an EE one or a mobile.
