Hi,
I’ve received a new iPad as a gift and am wondering if it’s possible to transfer my current EE iPad plan onto it. My current EE iPad is a very old iPad Air and my new non network iPad the a new iPad Air.
Any help would be appreciated.

@kwadie69 If you have your iPad linked to your EE online account, you can transfer the number to an eSIM via the website or app.
Once you login select the profile in the top right, then Settings and permissions, then Replace my SIM/eSIM and follow the steps from there. Our help page here has some helpful information Set up and use an eSIM | Mobile Help | EE

It's your SIM that contains your number & plan. Do your old & new tablets have the same size SIM slot?
If so, just move your existing SIM from your current tablet to your new tablet.

The old iPad has a physical sim whereas the new one has an eSIM.
