I mistakenly deleted eSIM on my device and unable to install back

Unfortunately if you have removed your eSIM, it is going to require getting a replacement SIM from us. Though it is possible to download a new one via your online account, for security reasons it can only be activated by confirming a PIN sent by text to the current SIM. So it wont be possible to activate a new one with the current one deleted.
You can call us on another phone using 0800 956 6000 or can call 150 from an EE mobile. You can also pick up a replacement SIM from an EE store with valid ID once they are back open.
