Can't upgrade my SIM and buy a new one

Hi

I'm trying to upgrade my SIM card and I want to add a new SIM card but looks like shop doesn't work after I login. For upgrading I have information,,Sorry, couldn't fetch recommendations for you,,

What do you mean by wanting to "upgrade" your SIM?

my contract is ending soon and i want to take new deal. I also want to buy another number for my son

You can change your price plan either by choosing the "upgrade now" option within your myEE online account or calling CS on 150 and requesting a change of plan.

You can order a new SIM-only plan via the EE online ship.

well, I can't do it online. and I would like to compare different options. when I choose an upgrade it doesn't show me the options. the same when I want to buy a new card. when I choose a card when I'm not logged in I can see all the options but when I log in I have information that they can't display the options.

If you haven't already, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try through a different device or browser to see if it will allow you to see your upgrade options.
