Hi,
I ordered a pay monthly sim on Wednesday. It arrived Friday and I’ve just inserted it but it hasn’t ported my old number yet. I don’t receive a email Re porting my number, should I have? Is it correct that it takes 24hrs (working days) after activating new sims for numbers to transfer?
Advice please.

Number transfers can't be completed over the weekend. Please allow two working days for it to complete.
