New 120GB Connected Data SIM showing 0GB available, why?

Recently purchased a new pre-paid data only SIM to provide data for my car sat nav etc.  I have created an EE account, downloaded the App and added the SIM to my account.  It shows as connected with 120GB of data available (none used).  But the landing page on the App shows 0GB available, does anyone know why and how I resolve it please?

Does the SIM connect to the EE network?

Can you download data using it?

Yes it has connected and downloaded some data.

Can you view the data allowance if you log into your EE account online through a web browser?

On the website landing page for my account it reads:

When I click on “View full usage” the screen reads:
 
Current credit remaining:
£0.00
 
Your Plan
Sim only deal
Pay as you go
 
120GB Data 1000 texts
 
Your usage
Data used - grey dot next to it
Data left - green dot next to it
In a green circle below it reads “120GB left. Resets is 352 days”

If you call us on 150, the team can get the My EE looked into for you and raise a support ticket for the usage not showing.
