Hi, I bought an EE SIM only deal and started the process of porting my number from O2 on Saturday. My O2 service was disconnected on Tuesday and I switched my SIM. I seem to be registering on the EE network ('EE' showing top right on my handset) and I have signal, but can't make or receive calls - I get "you've dialled an incorrect number" when trying to call out. Feels like something has gone wrong in the process. Any ideas? Thanks! 🙏

If that error is occuring on all numbers, you need to contact EE-CS as there may be something account-specific causing it.
They are on 07953 966150 from any other phone, or +44 800 9566000 from a web-calling app such as Skype.

Thanks! CS did a network reset (or something!). Resolved it immediately.
Thanks for the advice!

I have recently ported in from o2 to EE, callers on o2 are saying they get ‘you have dialled an incorrect number’.
How can I resolve this?

Hi @JPT424
What phone are you using? Could you check in your settings if the correct number is showing?
Thanks
