Need to change my mobile number urgently

Can you please help me I need to change my number urgently. My ex has found my number and is harassing me I’ve tried to call EE, but they keep putting the phone down?

@Lisas23 : You may call CS & they'll change your mobile no. for £36. The charge might be waived if you can show you are being harassed. You keep your existing SIM.

@Lisas23 , just ring customer service on 150 and press option 2.

Do not pay £36. Go and buy a sim from Three and get a pac code for the number and port it to replace your EE number?

I'm sure EE will be sympathetic when you call and hopefully change your number for free, but just be aware that you are of course going to lose your current number. This may affect your online banking, email login, NHS appts, etc. if you rely on receiving login codes, texts or calls. Something to consider before it changes.
