Hi
EE have lost my phone number on a different sim and it is my main contact number. I need to change my EE password but eventually it tells me it has texted my old number with a passcode.
If i try to change the number on the account to the one that works, it tells me its sending a passcode to the number i dont have.
Catch 22.
ive phoned EE a lot for the last 5 days trying to fix the multiple issues with my account.
(Online order wouldnt work, manual order got a dsim, transfer to phone sim, pac code lost, wrong phone plan, got esim instead of physical sim now have right plan but phone number still mia with ine if the dead plans, phone number transfer should have happened before 9am today).
Is there any way to get around this without phoning? I fear not…

@mymouldyboots Are you changing a number over to EE from a different network ? If you are number ports do not happen over the weekend and this should commence Monday and be completed Tuesday as it takes up to 24 hours to migrate a number.

How did you lose your number?
Is it a pay as you go, or did you lose it while transferring it between networks?
