As @XRaySpeX mentioned, it's important to contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible to make sure your SIM is blocked to avoid any unauthorised use.

This user discussion group does not send out things. You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no.
