I don’t know why after I requested to transfer my plan to my others number they blocked my number n I paid for that number 50£ I got receipt and everything please help me about this issue.many thanks

Welcome to the community,
You will have to speak to customer service to sort this out.
If you received a new number, you will have to get it activated, which you should be able to do via the EE App in settings or by ringing customer service.
We have no account access and do not know who you are, ways to ring customer service are in my signature.
