The PAC was registered and the new SIM activated before 4.30pm yesterday and I've now been told nothing will happen before Monday. (The website says something entirely different!) When I pressed the EE customer services person she then tried to tell me it was because EE was experiencing porting issues. A quick Google search turned up nothing. I'm very frustrated, I've never had this problem before!

I have already done this (as per my message) and the answer was less than helpful! Everything was done before 4.30 on THURSDAY but I am without a phone and my "real" number is now not working on my old handset so I am out of contact with the world! (Yes, I can use the temporary number but that's not the point of the PAC and your website's statement)

The other network SIM should continue working until the number has been transferred, what happens when you make a call from the BT SIM card?

Have you had any text to the EE temporary number to let you know the transfer has started?
