Hello,
I have received 3 SIM cards from EE as part of a family move from BT Mobile for my 3 daughters. They each came with a separate letter and delivery note.
Each Delivery Note contains an address and a mobile phone number plus a new SIM card. One of the delivery notes has listed my own mobile number which is not in scope as part of the numbers porting across from BT Mobile.
Can someone tell me whether this is a critical issue (just to reiterate, my number is with Three, not BT Mobile and has nothing to do with the porting)?
All help will be gratefully appreciated.

Hello @richarjw ,
Welcome to the community,
This is not customer service and there is no account access, so your best bet would be to ring customer service, but if you did not give EE a PAC code for your number, then it will not change from Three to EE.
Did you give EE your number when moving your three daughters to EE?
You say that you received delivery note and new SIM card for each of your daughters, then it will only be theirs that will port to EE not yours.

Thanks for the reply...
My overarching BT account saw me give BT my own Three Mobile number as a means of account contact which was what was already identified on MyBT in any case. I thought only their numbers were the subject of gaining PAC codes and I thought BT were doing that.
