Hi, im currently a plusnet user and have been told to switch over to EE.
when I receive my unique code and transfer to the EE site it allows me to pick a new plan but when I try to go to cart it keeps refreshing the page and I can’t go any further.
Could you try this both when connected to WiFi and connected to mobile data? If it still isn't working, could you try on a different device or browser please?
