Hi @Impducha
Great to hear you're transferring over from BT mobile to EE mobile.
Your new EE SIM will always start with a new number. Usually as part of the transfer the old number will then transfer over from the BT SIM to the EE SIM 24 hours after making your first call on the EE SIM.
However, if your BT mobile number doesn't appear to transfer to the EE SIM, you can call Customer Service where a guide will arrange this for you.
Or you can simply request a PAC code using the BT SIM and then text PORT to 150 from your new EE SIM and follow the steps.
Hope this helps!

@Impducha : Why have you been sent a SIM? Did you port in from another network or have you upgraded your plan?
