Hi I have lost my sim how can I order online replacement sim thanks

please replace my SIM card 

@Bakarrk1 , This is not customer service, you have to do this yourself, you also need to report that your SIM card has been lost, so that it can be blocked and you can either order a new one, you can either do this via the app or by logging in online via the website, go in a shop with ID, that is high street EE store, or ring customer service, which you can do using Skype or another phone.

We also have no idea who you are and no access to accounts here.

Hi, 

I have lost my sim while in Europe, but will not be back in the Uk for another 4 months. Am I able to order a new sim to an interns address?

Sorry this was meant to say international. Also, am I able to contact an EE representative in a way other than calling. As I have lost my sim I can’t call

Sorry, we are unable to send the SIM to a non UK address and you would need to call us from another phone to report the SIM as lost.

Welcome to the community,

This is not customer service, you will have to ring them as you need to block your lost SIM card and then they will send a replacement SIM card to your home address.

If you are back in the UK and are near an EE high street store, then you can go there with some form if ID and they will sort this out for you.
