I would recommend giving us a call and reporting this so our team can ensure no extra charges will be ran up on your account. 

The team can be contacted on 07953 966 150 from any landline or provider. 

You can then also request a replacement SIM and if you wish to pay the fee a number change.

You can order a replacement SIM by either giving us a call or visiting your local EE Store with photo ID, this will also allow the team to report your old SIM lost.

What sort of issues are you having with your SIM at the moment? 

If this is working intermittently and you can call, I'd recommend checking in with our technical team so they can run through a few checks and make sure this all gets resolved.

Alternatively you can also visit one of our retail stores where they can sort a replacement for you, you'd just need photo ID in the form of a valid passport or UK / NI driving license.
