Hi guys thanks in advance if anyone can help, really panicking. Lost my phone at the weekend and im currently in Australia until September. I was due an upgrade in August so if I upgrade early through the website I can just get it delivered to my home address then shipped over to Oz for me. However when upgrading through the website it doesnt ask if ill need a new SIM. When you receive an upgrade does it come with a new sim? Then you have the choice to use that one or the old sim? Obviously I dont have the old one as Ive lost my phone with the sim in it

Sorry to hear about your phone. Have you reported it lost to EE and had it blocked? They should have sent a new SIM to your UK address at that time?
You are right about the upgrade though, they don't usually come with a new SIM.
My advice is to contact EE, report it lost and request a new SIM is sent out. This should be activated whilst in the UK, in case they are going to post it to you.
