I have ordered a new Sim too a week ago on 17/05 and i have not received it till now. Could you please look into it. Its under **********. Thanks

Did you order a new contract or pay as you go SIM card? 

 

Was this a replacement SIM card?

The SIM should arrive within 2-5 working days.
