@JulietH To order online you’ll be sent a text to confirm that sim replacement request so not possible, you need to call customer support and you can do this from any phone using this number 0800 9566000 or you can go to a EE store with in date photo ID to request a replacement sim there.

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
