Linking sim.

I’m trying to link a sim I brought for 99p.

ive made an account there is no way I can see to link my sim to it

I'm having the same issue, however you have an automated response on the phone number provided saying your offices are closed until 8am tomorrow morning . Is there no way to sort this out online?

My PAYG sim card does not link as it says we have some troubles linking and that’s been going on for quite a while

Have you started to use your SIM to make sure it is activated?

they just say there is an error that’s it so they ain’t solving it

It may just need to be activated before you can link it with My EE.

how can i use it when i need to top it up therefore i need to link it then to top up

Hi @savitskiyartem,

If you insert the SIM into your phone, it should connect to the EE network and activate.

Gentlemen, this is absurd. You released numbers that were with the bank, people bought them, they count on the numbers, and by the way, I have an identical problem, you have been writing about an error for a month!!!!! How much do you need to Disrespect for your subscribers to call yourself to answer is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Correct the error immediately or receive advertising on all social networks from thousands of dissatisfied and deceived Subscribers, of whom there are apparently already more than one hundred people
