Keeping number

I'm thinking of changing from contract to a PAYG SIM, can I keep the number, will not be buying SIM through EE. Tia.

If you're not an EE contract customer you'll need to PAC your number over: https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/getting-started/keep-my-number/transfer-my-number-to-ee

If you are an EE contract customer you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 to transfer over to PAYG.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
