I just started a plan and I need to know how to request an E-sim instead of receiving a physical chip at my house

Hi @MickaelRarick
Welcome to the Community.

Once you have received your physical SIM, you can order a replacement eSIM through the EE App or your online account.
Just click on Manage > Settings > Replace my SIM

Alternatively, you can call customer service where a member of the team can order a replacement eSIM code to be sent to you.
Contact Us | Help & Support - EE

Or just pop into any EE store with photo ID and the store guide can issue you an eSIM to install straight away.

@MickaelRarick : You start with a pSIM & then replace it by an eSIM.
