Hi. I have lost my sim card.  Could you help me to get a replacement sim card please

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM with the same no. to your UK addy.

Thanks for coming to the community.

On top of the steps that @XRaySpeX mentioned above, if you have an EE store nearby, you can also visit the store if you are the account holder and get a replacement SIM by showing some photo ID (either a driving licence or passport).

Thanks for coming here. 

It's important that you report your SIM lost to our customer care team. 

This can be done by giving us a call from another phone or by visiting your local EE Store. 

Should you visit your local EE Store and take ID a replacement SIM can be provided there and then. 

Alternatively, if you call a SIM can be posted out to you.

Please report the SIM card as lost to our Mobile Guides.

They'll block the current SIM and send you a replacement one with the same number to the account address.
