I activated my new EE SIM card yesterday, I have already entered my pac code online while ordering so was told it should just happen within 24 hours automatically, I’ve been using the new sim since I didn’t really need to be using the old one
when will I know my number has changed to the old one and is there anything I have to do since it should of happened already?

Thanks @CaptainPolar, provided it was before 17:30 yesterday that your SIM first connected to the network, we would expect this to move over today.
If you've still not seen anything switch by tomorrow morning and your Sky SIM is still active, please reach out to our customer care team, and they'll be able to get everything double checked.

@CaptainPolar it it’s up to 24 hours after you have activated that EE sim.
just to confirm, you are porting a number from a different network? You can not use a PAC to migrate a number within EE.

Yes I was with sky going to EE, I’ll wait a few more hours since it was around this time yesterday that I activated it

Your new EE SIM will have a temporary number assigned when you first receive it. If a PAC was supplied as part of the order, that will be submitted when you first activate the new SIM onto EE's network.
A port-in date will be set then, usually the following working day. This assumes activation during normal working hours - if during the evening, add an extra working day to these timescales.
