I am writing to request assistance with purchasing a "Travel eSIM for UK Visitors" on your website.
Currently, after I log into my EE account and select a plan, clicking the "Continue" button does not work. Regardless of which day plan I choose, the website simply remains on the same selection page and fails to redirect me to the final checkout screen.
Could you please help me resolve this technical issue so that I can complete my purchase?

What plan are you choosing?
I have tried to replicate this and can select the eSIM and proceed to checkout OK.
Are you in the UK now?

Yes, im in London now, and planning to select 30 day pass. How can I checkout without any problem.

If you still are unable to purchase the eSIM please visit your local EE Store.
