Issue with purchasing Travel eSIM for UK Visitors - Checkout page error

I am writing to request assistance with purchasing a "Travel eSIM for UK Visitors" on your website.

Currently, after I log into my EE account and select a plan, clicking the "Continue" button does not work. Regardless of which day plan I choose, the website simply remains on the same selection page and fails to redirect me to the final checkout screen.

Could you please help me resolve this technical issue so that I can complete my purchase?

Hello! I’m having exactly the same problem. I’m in Spain and trying to purchase the £15 7-day unlimited Travel eSIM before travelling to Edinburgh

After I log in, select the eSIM plan and confirm my iPhone 17 Pro is compatible, the website takes me back to the page showing the available plans. There is no error message.

I’ve tried both Safari on my iPhone and a PC, with the same result.

Could you please help me purchase the eSIM or provide an alternative way to buy it?

I’m trying to purchase the £15 7-day unlimited Travel eSIM before travelling to Edinburgh on 26 October.

I’ve already tried Safari on my iPhone, a PC, and incognito mode, both logged in and logged out, but nothing works.

I’m currently in Madrid, Spain, so I cannot visit an EE store.

Could an EE moderator please help me purchase this eSIM or provide an alternative official way to order it?

Great to hear you're buying an EE travel SIM for use when you visit the UK. 

I understand you'd like this set up before you arrive. Once you are in the UK, if you pop into any EE store, they will be able to help you through the process to order the eSIM.

Thank you for getting back to me!

I’ll be arriving in Edinburgh on 26 October. Before relying on this option, could you please confirm that an EE store in Edinburgh Airport or in the city centre will be able to help me order the £15 7-day Travel eSIM, even though I’m not an existing EE customer?

I’m concerned about arriving without mobile data, so I’d really appreciate knowing whether this can definitely be arranged in store.

We appreciate how important it is to be connected online as quickly as possible connected.
While the store won't be able to sell the Travel SIM directly, the eSIM can only be ordered online, they will be able to help you process the order once in store. You don't need to be an existing EE customer to order this. Our store guides are always happy to help any non-customer looking to join us, even if only for a brief visit 😊
