Hi,
I am trying to complete registration for MyEE. The last stage is to verify the SIM/phone number but as my SIM is fitted to a fire alarm message system I cannot see the txt code that EE has sent. Is there any other way I can verify it is my SIM number?

Is there any way to remove the SIM from the device and put it into one that can receive messages, @wvhr?

The device is programmed and if we take the SIM from the device it will probable affect the settings. I will try and find out for definite but it's really risky!

Hi, I have not been able to resolve this issue. Can I use another verification method to confirm the phone number other than a txt? I am happy to speak to someone from EE direct if that helps?

I would suggest speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if they can verify it from our side for you, @wvhr.
