Hi @Alexxsmixh1

Thanks for coming here.

Can you make calls and send texts?

Do you have the Roam Abroad Pass to use your allowance in Australia?

What happens when you log into the app?

Leanne 🙂

EE phones are designed for use by UK residents on short trips abroad and aren't intended for long-term stays.

If you want to get a local number in Australia, you will need an account or phone with an Australian network provider. Be aware, callers from the UK will then pay international call charges.

You can't change your EE no. to be non-UK. Why can't people in Australia call a +44 UK no.? They are able to but will probably have to pay an International charge to do so.

As for yourself if you bought the Roam Abroad Pass for £11.40 pm pro-rata you could use your UK allowances in Oz for up to 2 months.
