Hello, my phone's sim card tray is broken therefore I cant use any physical sim. I was wondering if I purchase a sim on the EE app, will I be able to use it as an eSim? I have attached a photo with the plan I want to buy.

Yes, @niko7771 , you may have it transferred to an eSIM after you bought it.

Do you know how i can do that? I cant find any type of activation code or qr code in any of the emails I received after I bought it. Do I need to wait for the physical sim to come? Or does the fact that I chose to keep my old number (from another provider) change anything, it says my number should be changed within 24 hours, it should transfer within 4 hours now. I'll wait for the number to transfer and then ill see.

In your online MyEE: Manage > Manage account > eSIM/SIM Replace > Order eSIM.

I bought an EE sim a couple of days ago. However when I go to download the eSim it says it sent a One Time Verification code to my new phone number but I don't have access to that phone number since I am unable to download the eSim, what can I do? my phone's sim card tray is broken so I cant use a physical sim. I have attached a screenshot below.
